From what I have learned, no election is perfect. I quickly realized that and was very humbled lol Since I love choosing elections, I think I will just post here from now on some of the elections and what I like about them as I learn. Maybe you all will show me other things as well. šŸ’œ

For each election, there are some key things I do look at first, for instance, the minute I do feel inspired to choose elections, I have to go get my ephemeris and highlight every dignified planet for the next 20 years. Have to and then from there I try and make that planet the ruler of the ascendant. With tricky Saturn in the way, it was difficult/impossible to make this a night chart since that would make the malefic out of sect angular and in the same house as beautiful Venus. So I made this a day chart... and well here is a list of things that I really liked about this chart. This is a general election, but I think if you are able to see which planet is most dignified, you get the picture of where I was going with this. So here we go...

Key Things I liked:

1.) "And the two-bodied signs are in-between the movable and fixed, and they signify change and alteration." Choices & Inceptions Pg. 149.

2.) Venus dignified by domicile, exaltation, triplicity, and term, angular in a day chart. She is overcoming the Moon in cancer in a superior trine in the 5th house. Venus in the 1st house and making an applying sextile to the Ascendant ruler Jupiter which has mutual reception. I can see that topics surrounding the bodily constitution and identity could go well.

3.) Saturn the malefic to sect placed in the 1st house seems very dull and but there are good qualities as well, like being strict, being accountable, holding on to things that are non-negotiable, like physical fitness.

4.) Mars mitigated in the 12th house. Avoid things having to do with spirituality, things pertaining to long journeys, enemies.

5.) Since Venus is dignified and the planet of focus, 3rd house and 8th house topics would also go well.

I generally don't have anything particular for this day, but I thought I would share it anyways. If you want you can go ahead and move the ASC to 28 or 29 degrees to make sure the Sun is above the ASC-DSC axis thus making this a day chart. I really do love that mutual reception with both the benefics though. ✨
