I think one keyword word could be "despair" for the 12th house. Working in an infirmary where people are at their most ill mentally, I often see people being sent to other facilities for long-term care or jail. Scenario's where loss tends to be the theme. Loss of health. Loss of mentation. Loss of hope and being in a state of distress and hardship. The spectrum varies.

On the positive side, you can encounter people (doctors, social workers, designated crisis responders, nurses, therapists) and situations which elevate your thought processes and help guide you to a regenerative state.

I was baffled when Rob Bailey said in his horary course, said that Saturn can represent "the administration of that which belongs to others" and that is sort of what my job has been since Saturn went into Pisces and I think that speaks a lot about the joy scheme when it comes to the "why". To keep order and structure to this process. To regulate and have authority where you need it most to get people the help that they need, whether that is for their mental anguish, anxiety, drug/alcohol addiction, suicidal ideation, altered mental status, medical clearance, detox, etc.

Some people come in for help, but to be completely clear and honest, some people don't... some people need to be restrained, held, "imprisoned"... These are all things that can happen metaphorically or literally.
